Liz (Tina Fey) asks for Jack's advise but what she got was an advise that she should see a therapist to help her. Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) stumbling upon Liz becomes the therapist that she needs but unknown to her he also needs to work on some issues of his own. Jack (Alec Baldwin) tries to help Tracy (Tracy Morgan) realize that he should let his son be more independent with dealings and business ventures, while Jenna (Jane Krakowski) and Paul are at a crossroads with their relationship.
