House (Hugh Laurie) still not believing selfless deeds is at odds with Masters (Amber Tamblyn) because of her beliefs. Meanwhile Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) and Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) bust House on his attempt to skip both of their appointments and eventually they all have to go to dinner with Cuddy's overbearing mother.
