Charlie (Charlie Sheen) and Courtney (Jenny McCarthy) breaks up and this send Charlie into downward spiral of depression. He tries to cope with it by drinking himself into oblivion but he eventually seeks help by going to his old psychiatrist. Jane Lynch (Glee) guest stars as Dr. Freeman.
