30 Rock - Season 5, Episode 6: Gentleman's Intermission

Avery (Elizabeth Banks) is getting upset because of Jack (Alec Baldwin) and Liz' openess with each other. Jack gives in and sets some boundaries leaving Liz (Tina Fey) alone to fend for herself. With nobody to help her Liz tries to deal with her father's sudden drive to recapture his youth. All the while Tracy (Tracy Morgan) is bummed out because he feels that he has no good qualities that the people would remember him by.
