When Serena (Blake Lively) is found at a cheap motel with drug overdose everyone is at odds whether to force her to go into rehab or not. Jenny (Taylor Momsen) tries to confess but is blindsided by Vanessa and in the process is put into a bad light with Rufus. Nate (Chace Crawford) on the other hand tries to keep their family together during this rough times and Jenny in the end asks for Blair's help to reveal the truth as to what really happened with Serena.
