A teenage boy threads on a bridge acting as if about to jump when a guy fishing spots him and asks that he do not jump. After ward's a sniper unloads a couple rounds on the fisherman but misses him. It is up to the CSI's to determine who and what is the motive for the repeated attempts on the guys life.
