While doing grocery Jules (Courteney Cox) and Grayson (Josh Hopkins) run into his ex-wife and things get a bit awkward that led to a romantic moment for the both of them. Jules determined to make a romantic Thanksgiving dinner has to contend with the rest of the guys dressed as slackers but ultimately it was her who spoiled the dinner. Meanwhile Laurie (Busy Philipps) and Ellie (Christa Miller) join forces to get rid of Andy's optimism and Bobby (Brian Van Holt) is faced with the truth that he is a mumbler.
