A recently divorced woman and happily married wife party out at Las Vegas. When they got back to their room a man falls out of their hotel balcony and causes his death, this prompts the CSI's to investigate if it was suicide or foul play. Meanwhile Nick (George Eads) and Sara (Jorja Fox) find the most unlikely suspects when an old couple die in their apartment.
