Jack (Alec Baldwin) tries to help Tracy (Tracy Morgan) realize that he should let his son be more independent with dealings and business ventures, while Jenna (Jane Krakowski) and Paul are at a crossroads with their relationship.

Jack (Alec Baldwin) is still receiving criticism from Congresswoman Regina Bookman (Queen Latifah) even after their agreed time to improve the company. Fighting back he tries to back-up her rival to put pressure on the congresswoman. Jenna (Jane Krakowski) helps Liz (Tina Fey) find the perfect pair of jeans and it makes her more confident. All the while Tracy (Tracy Morgan) tries a play at getting a Golden Globe.

With nobody to help her Liz tries to deal with her father's sudden drive to recapture his youth. All the while Tracy (Tracy Morgan) is bummed out because he feels that he has no good qualities that the people would remember him by.
