Gossip Girl - Season 4, Episode 9: The Witches of Bushwick

Juliet (Katie Cassidy), Jenny (Taylor Momsen) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) conspire to take Serena (Blake Lively) down. Dan (Penn Badgley) and Nate (Chace Crawford) agree on having the best man win in the case of getting Serena but Juliet, Jenny and Vanessa make sure that they get played around. Chuck (Ed Westwick) on the other hand host a black and white party at the empire and was advised that he keep away from Blair (Leighton Meester) to uphold his bad boy status. Blair aspires to be the face of a foundation that empowers women but she needs to stay away from Chuck in order to be chosen.
