The remaining survivors found safe haven and a gracious host in the CDC. Shane (Jon Bernthal) confronts Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) about the circumstances surrounding the fact that he said that Rick (Andrew Lincoln) was already dead. Dr Jenner (Noah Emmerich) answers the questions that everybody has about the zombies and tries to explain all that he knows but underneath it all he has an different agenda that he will try to force on everyone. This is the last episode in Season 1 and for all of you fans out there you may need to wait a long time before Season 2 starts which may be around Oct of 2011.

Survivors still in shock clean up the camp after the zombie attack. Andrea (Laurie Holden) is having a hard time letting go of her sister and is causing some tension among the group. They later find out that Jim (Andrew Rothenberg) has been bitten and will become a walker. The group is at odds wether to kill Jim or to get out of camp and get help. Ultimately the decision is made when Shane (Jon Bernthal) backs up Rick's idea to go to the CDC.
