Chris Novack (Omari Hardwick) bolts out of police custody and take the whole city in hostage. They eventually figure out that his violent rage is fueled by a betrayal of his girlfriend and best friend. Novack's rage leads him to the hospital that Jimmy's girlfriend works in and this makes things complicated for the US Marshals and the SWAT team. All the while Luke (Jesse Metcalfe) tries to find himself and his place in the team.
