Todd's (Ben Rappaport) boss, Jerry (Matt Walsh) comes in for a suprise visit during the same time that Tonya's mom is in town. While trying to show Jerry a good time with the employees Tonya (Pippa Black) gets pissed because everything she has planned is getting run over. Meanwhile Charlie (Diedrich Bader) tries to overcome a complaint filed against him by an employee so he turns to Gupta (Parvesh Cheena) for help.
