Claire (Julie Bowen) tries to put to a stop a car that races thru their neighborhood while Phil (Ty Burrell) is desperately trying to land a gig with a very difficult client but unknown to both of them they may have the same problem. Jay (Ed O'Neill) tries to teach Manny (Rico Rodriguez) and Gloria (Sofia Vergara) to ride a bike but apparently it may be Luke (Nolan Gould) who will be able to get to Gloria. Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) is at odds over a new neighbor but apparently he is not what he seems.
