Hawaii Five-0" (2010) - Season 1, Episode 7: Ho'apono

A Navy SEAL accused of murder takes in a number of hostages. Steve (Alex O'Loughlin) swims in to the hostage area and try to negotiate with  the Navy SEAL, Graham (Adam Beach). Danny (Scott Caan) and Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) investigate to determine if he is guilty or not, while Kono (Grace Park) spends time with Graham's daughter hoping to get info from her about the murder.
