Modern Family - Season 2, Episode 4: Strangers on a Treadmill

Phil (Ty Burrell ) is asked to "Phil-in" as host of Southern California Realtors Banquet but Claire (Julie Bowen) thinks that he will make a fool of himself. Claire asks for Mitchell's (Jesse Tyler Ferguson ) help to tell Phil that he is not funny and in return she will tell Cam (Eric Stonestreet) that he should loose the bike shorts. Jay (Ed O'Neill) is forced to attend a quincea-era to prove Gloria (Sofia Vergara ) wrong. Alex (Ariel Winter ) gets coolness advise from Haley (Sarah Hyland) which turns into a disaster. Claire fullfils her end of the bargain but Mitchell chickens out. Taking matters into her own hands Claire steals Phil's index cards but all ends well when Phil rocked the banquet.
